The Operative Unit of Oncology of the ASST of Cremona carries out an important clinical research activity collaborating with the main national and international cancer groups.
The Challenge
As part of the development of the ONCOHOME (Oncological Home Therapy and Telemedicine) project, the Oncology Unit of the ASST of Cremona was interested to develop a software platform to help medical staff improve remote support and follow-up of patients.
The solution
DataRiver has provided the My Health web and mobile Platform to the clinical centers involved in the ONCOHOME project. MyHealth is designed to ensure effective interaction between the medical staff and to enhance the monitoring of health status and quality of life of cancer patients.
The My Health platform has allowed the remote administration of different types of questionnaires and 1 patient daily diary, optimizing the remote collection of responses from patients, their engagement and providing them with better support.
