DataRiver will participate to the workshop “From Data to Personalised Care: AI-driven innovations”, organized by Clust-ER Health – Salute e Benessere and Associazione Big Data during the EXPOSANITA’ International Health Care Exhibition (https://www.exposanita.it/en/).
The session will highlight how data-driven approaches and AI-based solutions and advanced continuous monitoring technologies can contribute to the development of personalized care models, improved clinical decision-making processes and patient outcomes.
During the workshop DataRiver will present the REMEDY (Remote personalizEd Modular monitoring for management of patients with noncommunicable diseases to improve physiological and social recovery) project, funded by the call for proposals “Progetti di ricerca industriale rivolti agli ambiti prioritari della Strategia di Specializzazione Intelligente 2023-2024 Regione Emilia Romagna” promoted by the Emilia-Romagna Region.
The specific objectives consist of designing innovative tools for patient monitoring, engagement, and empowerment, developing an innovative wearable and multisensor device, and developing an Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) platform for collection and processing of clinical data.
The appointment is for Thursday, April 23 at 11 a.m.
