DataRiver is proud to announce that has been successfully completed the clinical data standardization’s project according to OMOP COMMON DATA MODEL format, of the biobank of the Instituto de Medicina Molecular João Lobo Antunes (IMM) and the Portuguese Registry of Rheumatic Diseases of the Portuguese Society of Rheumatology (PRS).

The project was promoted by the Instituto de Medicina Molecular João Lobo Antunes (IMM), within the European tender 5th Data Partner Call coordinated by the EHDEN Consortium with the aim of increasing patient participation in the Portuguese registry of rheumatic diseases, develop a dedicated area for use by patients with PROM and improve research in the field of rheumatic diseases through synergy with European clinical centers that are members of the IMI EHDEN consortium.

DataRiver, thanks to the experience gained in the field of Big Data integration and Clinical Data Harmonization, for which it is certified as SME by the IMI EHDEN Consortium, has supported the institute by carrying out data cleaning, processing and mapping of data sources according to the OMOP format Common data model.
